Luke Amundson is delighted to continue his work at Lakewood Playhouse. He was most recently seen as Nicky in The Seafarer, and built the sets for The Seafarer, The Giver, Incorruptible and The Niceties. Previous credits include Shelmerdine (et all) in Screaming Butterflies production of Orlando, Clue, A Life In The Theater, Assassins, Man Of La Mancha, The Complete Works Of Shakespeare Abridged, Othello, The Zoo Story, Three Musketeers and The Fantasticks. He can be seen as Yart Flayschildren (just like it sounds) in JourneyQuest on Youtube, and heard performing books 2, 3, and 4 in the Airship Daedalus audiobooks available on Audible. He teaches stage combat and favorite shows he has built fights for include Les Miserables, Man Of La Mancha, and Oleanna. He would like to thank you for supporting local theater.

Claudia Ferreira-GuzmanFront of House Manager and Volunteer Coordinator
Claudia Ferreira-Guzman is a House Manager here at Lakewood Playhouse. She has over 25 years of theater experience on and off stage. She started as a volunteer usher at the Playhouse 5 years ago and has been a house manager for the last 3 years. It is her honor and pleasure to work with such a talented group of individuals. She looks forward to welcoming our patrons.

Alonna HallBox Office Associate
Alonna Hall is a Box Office Associate at Lakewood Playhouse. She is pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts at Pacific Lutheran University with a concentration in Musical Theatre Performance and Design/Technical Theatre. Recent performance credits include Jasper In Deadland as Osiris, Brutus and ensemble, Don’t Typecast Me! A Musical Revue as Jack Kelly and ensemble, and When You Wish, A Disney Revue as Megura at PLU. She was also recently the lighting designer for The Niceties, Six:Teen Edition and Incorruptible at Lakewood Playhouse. She was also the lighting designer for From The Mississippi Delta at Tacoma Little Theatre. She was the lighting designer and light board operator for An Evening With Anthony Roth Costanzo at The Glimmerglass Festival. She was previously the stage manager and supertitles operator for PLU’s production of H.M.S. Pinafore as well as assistant stage manager and supertitles operator for PLU’s production of L'elisir d'amore (The Elixir Of Love). More of her work can be found at alonnahall.com

Brookelyne petersonBox Office and Company Manager
Brookelyne Peterson has been the Box Office and Company Manager at Lakewood Playhouse since September 2023. She moved to Washington from Utah, where she graduated with honors from Utah Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Theatre. She received several awards from the university, including Student of the Year for 2023. Brookelyne is also a part-time actor, director, and fight choreographer. Some of her roles and projects include Emmy Helmer in A Doll's House Part 2 at Tacoma Little Theatre, Macbeth/Co-Fight Choreographer in Macbeth N.9 at the Tumbleweed Theatre Company, Drowsy Chaperone in The Drowsy Chaperone at Utah Tech University, Fight/Intimacy Choreographer for Count Dracula at Utah Tech University, Director of The Magician's Sister in Kayenta Center for the Arts New Play Lab, and Director of Krapp's Last Tape in Utah Tech University's Directing Festival. Joseph C. WalshConsulting Artistic Director
Joseph is an award-winning theatre director and educator who has served as the Artistic Director of Ghost Light Theatricals, Garden Theatre in Winter Garden, Florida, Arlington Children’s Theatre in Massachusetts, and Wild Oats Productions in the UK. He was Interim Director of Education at the White Plains Performing Arts Center where he also directed Ghost (starring Natalie Weiss and Steven Grant Douglas) and West Side Story. Joseph directed critically acclaimed productions of Hairspray and Singin’ In The Rain for Cork Opera House in Ireland, and collaborated with West End star Linzi Hateley to devise and direct Linzi Hateley: True Colors - Life Since Carrie at Saint James Theatre in London and 54 Below in New York. He directed the Off-Broadway premiere of Sonder at The Player’s Theatre, and in London’s West End he served as Assistant Director on Coyote On A Fence and Resident Director on When Harry Met Sally (starring Molly Ringwald and Michael Landes). Joseph spent three seasons as the Touring Director for White Horse Theatre, the world’s largest touring educational theatre company, where his work was seen across Europe and Japan.
Joseph has won the Hilton Edwards Award for his direction of Lilies, and his London revival of Love Story: The Musical was nominated for an Off-West End Award for Best Musical. Other directing credits include Kinky Boots for Orlando Shakes, the 20th anniversary production of Elegies For Angels, Punks And Raging Queens, the award-winning European premiere of The Temperamentals, The Laramie Project, the London premiere of Zanna, Don’t!, and the Irish premieres of The Last Five Years and Songs For A New World. As Artistic Director of the Garden Theatre, he directed Parade, Big, Man Of La Mancha, A Class Act, Godspell, Matilda, and Hello, Dolly! |
