Lindsey T. H. JacksonHost of LP Talks
Lindsey T. H. Jackson is an artist and entrepreneur turned much sought after interviewer, storyteller, and cultural translator whose life’s work sits at the intersection of art, science, and soul.
Before she became a globally recognized business and culture transformation leader, Lindsey trained and performed as a contemporary dancer and actress - disciplines that honed her ability to read the body, listen between the lines, and move people through truth. Today, as the founder and CEO of LTHJ Global and creator of the I-We-Us Leadership Framework™ and Enneagram of Bias™, she brings that same creative intelligence to how we work, lead, and live together. Now, with her newest venture, LP Talks, Lindsey invites audiences into the conversations that matter most - the ones about leadership, power, creativity, and becoming more human in a world that keeps trying to automate the soul out of us. Equal parts scholar and showwoman, Lindsey brings wit, warmth, and a bit of side-eye to every deep conversation. Whether she’s sparring playfully with a guest or pulling a revelation out of thin air, she makes complex ideas feel personal, transformational, and possible. Because at LP Talks, the goal isn’t perfection - it’s evolution. |

ALEEZA McCANT
Aleeza McCant, a Black, queer, neurodivergent artist whose work spans traditional and digital media. She/they is the visionary force behind Aleeza Creates. Her practices are rooted in ancestral memory, radical joy, and a commitment to reshaping representation, especially for Melanated, plus-size, and gender-expansive bodies. Blending tactile crafts with digital innovation, Aleeza uses various tools to help conjure vibrant revolutionary worlds from her imagination. She confronts the idea of dominant culture like the defaults of whiteness and thinness. Pushing back with compositions that celebrate complexity, abundance, and truth. Her art invites viewers to feel seen, empathetically switch places and reflect. Aleeza is also the creator of two transformative guides: Doing the Work: A Beginner’s Guide to Deconstructing Racism and Dismantling the Anti-Blackness in Us All, and The Healing Blueprint: A quick start Guide to Help You Heal. These online courses reflect her commitment to offering both systemic change and personal liberation, bridging the emotional, intellectual, and spiritual dimensions of justice, from a trauma informed lens. Her work is both personal and political, shaped by a lineage that includes her father’s ancestors who survived enslavement, and her mother’s ancestors, like Thomas Jefferson, whose legacy embodies the hypocritical contradictions of white supremacy: being revolutionary in rhetoric, yet racist and oppressive in practice. Through her works, installations, and courses, Aleeza brings a fierce commitment to truth-telling, creating spaces where people can name harm, process grief, cultivate hope, and feel whatever they’re feeling. She empowers communities to heal and grow, inviting a reimagining of what repair might look like when rooted in humanity. For Aleeza, art is a site of resistance, joy, and collective evolution. Whether crafting illuminated creatures, designing costumes and immersive sets, or curating community-rooted experiences, she creates spaces for healing, transformation, and awe. |
