Lakewood Playhouse will return to mandatory masking for Patrons for all performances.
Patrons, as part of our artistic community, play a vital role in keeping our actors, and the greater community safe from exposure to COVID and other respiratory illnesses. We shall evaluate the need for masking for future shows as required.

FACE COVERINGS Required for patronsFace coverings are required for all patrons as well as staff. This will be adjusted in accordance with any changes to CDC and state guidelines. Please bring your own face coverings* and wear them at all times, except when actively eating and drinking.

*If a patron arrives without a proper face covering, one may be provided for them as supplies are available.

Unmasked Vaccinated Actors
Actors who are fully vaccinated may prove that they are and be unmasked for performances as long as Washington State guidelines allow for unmasked performers for entertainment venues.
COVID-19 Warning and resources
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable and are encouraged to stay home until fully vaccinated and after the required wait period for it to take effect.
